Troy began his career in the mortgage business. During that time, he gained quite an education in the real estate industry as a byproduct of how integral the two industries are to each other. As a result, Troy became a licensed real estate agent in the State of New York, producing outstanding results in Manhattan. Growing up in a series of homes which were all renovated by his mother, Troy has a crucial understanding of many aspects of real estate sales, purchase, vision, and remodeling. Having an architect for a father certainly helped in gleaning much knowledge regarding homes. The combination of such a youth experience with real world careers in mortgage and real estate has enabled Troy to excel in his professional life and produce results for his clients. Troy’s architect father eventually relocated to San Miguel and began urging Troy to join him in selling the homes being built as a retirement project. He eventually acquiesced and is thrilled to be living in such a paradise.
