Liz is originally from Phoenix, Arizona. She studied business in Austin, Texas and in 1984 moved to Orange County, California where she worked for Fidelity Mutual Life Insurance Company in the area of Estate Planning and life insurance sales. Her Newport Beach office was number one in sales every year during her tenure there due to teamwork and the outstanding work ethic throughout the company. Living in the financial mecca of Irvine, California, Liz was able to strengthen her business and marketing skills by moving into the emerging industry of automobile leasing in 1987. She learned the latest trends in marketing working for a local industry leader Exclusive Leasing, Inc. Later she returned to her hometown of Phoenix, Arizona where she began her career in real estate working for Consumer Guaranty Corporation in the area of commercial and residential loan portfolio acquisitions. Liz met her husband Fernando in 1996. She moved to his hometown of Mexicali, Baja California. They married and started their family there. Together they embarked on a new real estate venture, creating a beautiful residential community with colonial style amenities which is virtually nonexistent in northern Mexico. After many years of hard work, and upon completion of the development, Liz and Fernando decided to chase their dream to live in the colonial city of San Miguel de Allende. Liz moved to San Miguel with Fernando and her two children in 2009 and began looking for opportunities in the real estate field. She has joined Coldwell Banker because of the companies’ high standards and success.
