Will moved to San Miguel in September of 2005 and spent years studying Mexican real estate and has grasped a strong handle on this city and its real estate community, laws and structure. Prior to living in Mexico, Will held positions with ITT Sheraton in California and Club Quarters in New York City as General Manager and headed up the Corporate Expansion Division, building hotels in New York, Washington, D.C. and Boston. Will then entered the co-sponsorship marketing field in Los Angeles and worked with a team that launched ABC’s “The View”. His experience also included working with MGM, FAO Schwartz, and The Sports Authority. Will then accepted a consulting project of managing a regional YMCA and spearheaded a $2.5 million capital campaign and facility renovation and expansion. After the project concluded he took the position of Major Gift Officer with Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, stewarding donors with $10 million giving capacity.
Raised by parents who owned both a real estate company and insurance agency, Will has a life-long education in the business of servicing and protecting homeowners. The fundamentals instilled by this experience coupled with his corporate career offer a complete package to the real estate community of San Miguel. Will’s integrity and dedication to customer service led him to found Premier Real Estate.

John Hendricks has established himself as one of Marin & Sonoma Counties premier Realtors. A native Californian, John is a well-known and respected Realtor in both Marin & Sonoma Counties who has resided in the Northbay since 1976. John began his real estate career in 1986, and since then has distinguished himself as one or Northern California's top producing Realtors. Since his association with Frank Howard Allen Realtors in 1992, John has once again established himself as one of his company's Top 10 Producing Realtors in Marin & Sonoma Counties for the years 1993 through 2007. Five continuous years of outstanding performance has now allowed John to join 13 other Realtors in the prestigous "Lifetime Hall of Fame" for Frank Howard Allen Realtors.

Ximena Dominguez is a native Mexican from San Cristóbal de las Casas Chiapas. She arrived in San Miguel in 1997 where she completed high school and became the manager of a successful catering business.
She moved to Austin TX in the summer of 2002 where she got married and graduated from an early childhood program thru the University United Methodist Church at UT. Ximena and her family always had the desire to return to San Miguel, and did so on 2006.Upon her arrival she was unsure if early childhood education was something she wanted to peruse, having 2 kids of her own, she decided to go a different rout.
Ximena came to Premier by chance, and found that working closely with clients is something she really enjoyed. She has been a crucial part of Premier Real Estate, and has been a part of the team from day one. After a long and successful real estate career which began in 1986 in Southern California, Pat transitioned his career to Mexico in 2005. In the United States, he was involved in residential sales and finance. He landed first in Oaxaca, specializing in residential home sales for the extranjero (foreign) clientele in its capital city. In 2008, Pat and his family relocated to San Miguel de Allende and he has been an active member of the San Miguel real estate marketplace since 2008.
Originally from Orange County, California, Pat sold and serviced mortgages on a wholesale level for seven years with Bankers Trust of San Diego. His responsibilities were to provide San Diego mortgage bankers and brokers with funding for Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac conventional financing. After a successful career in finance, Pat became a Realtor in the Los Angeles area with Mt. Washington Realty, Inc. His scope included residential and commercial sales alike. Pat was instrumental in implementing a very successful “Neighborhood Housing Program” (NHP) for the University of Southern California. This program provided monetary grants to 22,000 USC employees who in turn would purchase homes on USC campus areas. This program was designed as a neighborhood outreach to attract university employees to inner-city Los Angeles. Pat still maintains his California real estate license and is a member of the California and National Board of Realtors.
In 2005, Pat and his wife Antonieta, a native of Puebla, decided to return to Mexico with their two daughters with the purpose of introducing them to this vibrant culture. They have become very active with San Miguel’s Casa Cultura, which maintains traditional customs through dance and the arts.
Now, living and working in San Miguel, Pat‘s primary objective is to ensure every client’s buying or selling experience is pleasant, professional, and successful. Marisol Klein

Marisol Klein, a Mexico City native, obtained a Bachelors Degree in Communications in the year 2000 from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
She has a major in Public Relations and after working at a PR agency for a year she decided to start a new life and relocated to Washington, DC with her husband.
While living in Washington DC, her career changed directions and started working for Camden Property Trust, one of the largest publicly traded multifamily companies in the United States. During this five year period she developed her sales and management skills. She handled different stages of property development, from the lease up phase to full occupancy.
She began as a leasing consultant and worked her way to the top to become a Property Manager for a high rise upscale building just two blocks from the White House. Her property won several awards during her tenure, such as property of the year and an award for higher occupancy rates.
Last year the family decision to raise their children next to the family roots brought Marisol back to Mexico. Her passion for sales and her desire to continue her professional career motivated her to join Coldwell Banker, where she enjoys helping people to relocate and start a new life.
