William Shay
Broker / Owner
Will moved to San Miguel in September of 2005 and has spent months studying Mexican real estate and has grasped a strong handle on this city and its real estate community, laws and structure. Prior to living in Mexico, Will held positions with ITT Sheraton in California and Club Quarters in New York City as General Manager and headed up the Corporate Expansion Division, building hotels in New York, Washington, D.C. and Boston. Will then entered the co-sponsorship marketing field in Los Angeles and launched ABC’s “The View”. His experience also included working with MGM, FAO Schwartz, and The Sports Authority. Will then accepted a consulting project of managing a regional YMCA and spearheaded a $2.5 million capital campaign and facility renovation and expansion. After the project concluded he took the position of Major Gift Officer with Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, stewarding donors with $10 million giving capacity.
Raised by parents who owned both a real estate company and insurance agency, Will has a life-long education in the business of servicing and protecting homeowners. The fundamentals instilled by this experience coupled with his corporate career offer a complete package to the real estate community of San Miguel. Will’s integrity and dedication to customer service led him to co-founding Premier Real Estate.

Guillermo (Bill) Rodman
Broker / Owner
Bill came to San Miguel as a ten year old; he is completely bi-cultural and bi-lingual. Bill has been the successful founder of several businesses in San Miguel, including the famous restaurant, El Ranchito. Having lived in the United States during his adult life, Bill has experience in the hospitality industry working as Operational Director for the John Q. Hammons Company in Arkansas. Returning to Mexico, Bill has achieved great success in founding El Consejo, an ever growing newspaper that has rivaled his competitor, a 25 year old San Miguel publication. El Consejo was born out of Bill’s great talent for start-up challenges and its success is marked mostly by Bill’s unyielding commitment to total customer satisfaction. In addition to the newspaper, Bill is the proprietor of “Spanglish Cafe”, a bustling coffee shop in Colonia San Antonio which he founded less than two years ago. His entrepreneurial skills are proven and certainly a key to his success.
Having turned management of his other businesses over to a trusted team, Bill has dedicated himself to serving the real estate community of San Miguel by co-founding Premier Real Estate.

Julio Olvera
Agent
Julio moved to San Miguel de Allende directly after earning his degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2005. As a native of Mexico, Julio was drawn to the beautiful state of Guanajuato where his ancestors have lived for hundreds of years to begin a career in real estate.
He immediately started working in new home development and became familiar with San Miguel and its outlying communities. Julio began carving out a niche in San Miguel with builders and home buyers alike. He later transitioned into the resale market and has since assisted both citizens of the United States and Mexico in buying and selling properties.
Julio’s formula for success is a combination of hard work and the privilege of working closely with veterans of both the business and real estate worlds. His ability to relate and connect on a personal and professional basis with people from all walks of life has only furthered his success and built the trust he has earned with his clients.
The customer relationship that Julio forms does not end at the closing of the sale; Julio goes the extra mile and ensures that his international clients are completely settled in and assists with the transition into the Mexican culture. For sellers, Julio devotes himself to providing results and integrity from the listing process through closing.
